Smokin' Peppers

    I smoked a batch of Jalapenos and Habaneros. The last time I did the Jalapenos I sliced them in half first and they were done in about 8 - 9 hours. This time I kept them whole, and pulled them at ~ 7 1/2 hours. I would have kept them in for about 1/2 longer, BUT when I started them I thought it was 4 hours, not 8 (It was about 0330 when I pulled them). They are finishing up in the dehydrator at 125 deg. F and the house smells great!
