Brisket, Baby!

    I think this is my third attempt at brisket. I trimmed the bulk of the fat from this one to get rid of the unrenderable fat and to get a better bark. I also tried the trick of applying mustard to the brisket before the rub to get a stronger rub adherence. We'll see how it turns out later tonight.
