Missed subscriptions

I'm not getting alerts to a number of posts being made despite the fact I'm subscribed to all forums. Anyone else notice this phenomenon?

Then again, since moving to a new host a couple months back the occasional email would go missing and I don't think we're ever going to solve that, though I was hoping it would work itself out.

It's quite possible that, instead of helping solve the missing email problem, the new behavior may seem to exacerbate it since there shouldn't be any more inbox floods to obscure missing posts.
