I went out grocery shoping and came back to a black rotwiller with a collar and tags staring at me, outside my vehicle. I got out and the dog was not confrontational but obviously not afraid of humans, he stared at me for a bit and left when I told him to go.
He left back towards deeper into Shenandoah River Dr.
