The second year of West Virginia’s ENERGY STAR® Sales Tax Holiday is increasing the length of the Holiday from September 1, 2009, through November 30, 2009.
During this period, West Virginians will not be required to pay sales tax on any product up to $5000 with the ENERGY STAR® logo.
