When the patriarch of the Turpin clan dies suddenly, his death and pending funeral sends the entire family into a comic tailspin that is guaranteed to tickle your funny bone. The Trupin family, along with their Southern friends and neighbors, are some of the most dysfunctional and eccentric group of misfits you will find on either side of the Mason Dixon line. Despite their efforts to pull themselves together, they are overwhelmed in an evening that deftly combines family feuds, marital flings and Macaroni and Ham Loft Surprise. By the time the Turpins have sorted through the hangovers, money problems, and headstone engraving options, they've learned that coping with life's losses requires cooperation and a healthy dose of humor.

Join us at the Old Opera House starting February 10 for this hilarious comedy featuring, Jim Whipple, Winky Francis, Tom Ballard, Ellen Hartinger, Jay Jones, Laura Bakin, Karen Harvey, Will Heyser, Nicole Landon, Paul Condon, Norma Eisner, Ashley Hall, Tom Butscher and Carey Perkins.[/i]
