WV kinda got omitted in the Mosby Heritage area. I wish I could go. The Gray Ghost was all over our Blue Ridge Mt.- He may have worn one of those gaps atop our Mountain. If you're interested in history, Mary, how about a position as historian pro tem on S&B. I'm stretched mighty thin. Besides the Mosby thing, there's the Heritage Trail that bypassed good ole WV entirely. We just stick out like the sore thumb everyone wants to ignore(lol). I'm serious about the history thing!

As I understand it Mosby used Johnsons log cabin on a number of occasions. He also had some spot on the river with an old cave entrance big enough to stable a dozen horses. This spot is somewhere near us.
