Is it a sign of the times, has the world moved on and left me behind, do economic woes threaten our Christmas traditions, or maybe I'm not watching enough TV. I was in the "As Seen on TV" store at the Martinsburg Mall today and saw many of my fav items on the shelves, but no Clappers or Chia pets.

Plenty of Snuggies, Turbo Snakes, Pedipaws, Spacebags and oodles of Oxiclean were in evidence, but not one of those lovable terra cotta Homer Head Chia Pets. I guess TV doesn't need the advert money while the health bill war is being waged.

I sure miss those harbingers of Christmastide:(

Never fear Willis! The commercials are alive and well for the Chia and the Clapper. Unfortunately I have been home with the flu and have watched more TV this past week than I have for the past year! :(

K-Mart in Martinsburg has/had some Chia Pets and the Chia Herb gardens as well.

Guess who has been rummaging around in the archives :asking07:
And the question begs, "Will Chia pets and other traditional holiday sclock be available this Christmas?"

Schlock is a term for stuff. That, I know. Willis is talking about holiday sclock. I'm thinking it has something to do with holiday-themed timepieces that install in the Mercedes "S" class.
