<center>About Frances Morgan</center>
Frances is a lifelong resident of Jefferson County. She and her family run Aylmere Farm, raising organic beef in Summit Point. She earned a law degree from Georgetown University and served as the law clerk for the Jefferson Circuit Court. She is concerned about the rate of residential growth in our county and the how that growth is overwhelming public services, especially emergency and medical services, as well as our roads. She is committed to open and accountable government, and making sure that our public processes and decisions are made with public input and truly made in the best interests of all our citizens.
Directions:
105 Kenwood Lane, John Browns Farm
At Mount Mission Park turn right on John Brown Farm Road, less than a mile turn left on Kenwood Lane (gravel road at mailboxes). Turn Left at CAPRICE, park diagonally in grass along driveway.
