About Frances Morgan

Frances is a lifelong resident of Jefferson County. She and her family run Aylmere Farm, raising organic beef in Summit Point. She earned a law degree from Georgetown University and served as the law clerk for the Jefferson Circuit Court. She is concerned about the rate of residential growth in our county and the how that growth is overwhelming public services, especially emergency and medical services, as well as our roads. She is committed to open and accountable government, and making sure that our public processes and decisions are made with public input and truly made in the best interests of all our citizens.

Directions:

105 Kenwood Lane, John Browns Farm

At Mount Mission Park turn right on John Brown Farm Road, less than a mile turn left on Kenwood Lane (gravel road at mailboxes). Turn Left at CAPRICE, park diagonally in grass along driveway.

The reception was delightful. The hostess was gracious, and the guest of honor was open to those who came, circulating to meet each individual and speak on a one-on-one basis with each person. It is difficult to say how many people attended since it was an open reception with people coming and leaving at various times. Ms. Morgan appearing with a notebook in hand, sat, talked, and discussed issues with each guest all the while taking notes. As she asked and answered questions, she went over her notes clarifying any query that presented. Her demeanor consistently personified a character sincerely interested in issues of concern to the voters, as well as the voters suggestions for solutions to problems.

The food was also delightful, cooked and served to perfection, but for anyone who wants a great caterer that's a topic for the classified section, isn't it.
