We've had things stolen and vandalism since the first month we moved in- so the 'self-evident truths' you'll hold, date back almost 9 years now. Neighbor nearby has had similar problems so what say you now?
If you aren't going to be part of the solution, you are indeed part of the polution- go to bed before you post rubbish and don't waste your time or ours.
From what dictionary are you defining yourself as a "GURU" or did you just get that title from some automatic program based upon your number of posts?
You continue to try and make others fight fire with fire- again suggesting violence- if there is someone being 'punched'- there are laws to follow- or as Abe put it, 'the best way to get a bad law repealed, is to enforce it strickly'. Where is a true custodian when you need one- it APPEARS as though people agree with you when they say nothing of your suggestions. Second hand news is what it is, but there is a neighbor who has been on the mountain longer than us, and certainly longer than you, who pin-points that house in past problems at his house, even with the tenant prior to him- . I doubt any of us know the full details.
As i have gotten off topic, i will start a seperate post addressing your advocacy of violence later.

With regards to details of the vehicle's actions, i will post them some time today.

i purposely didn't include details at first to see what response i got-, and for once, i tried to brief.
I do tend to take things seriously, i suppose it helps with the imbalance.
When i think of the term constipation- as i would think most people would- you don't think of a vehicle. I'm big on words, as i've posted in the past, i own 30+ dictionaries, have an english nan of 96 and counting who has taught me all sorts of funny rhymes, words etc. - but they either made sense, or the sense was explained.
I was not sure if CTC was in the car, or spoke to the people and was making light of the activity as he knew from being in the car just what it did.
It is one thing to help another make light of a situation, it appears to us that the response to my post from ctc wasn't just not productive or helpful in anyway, shape or form- it made light of the entire situation to the extent he was going to just go to bed without giving it another thought. Given the few posts i've read- i would have thought ctc would have taken the matter at least as serious as a house that is not more 'alien' to it's environment in appearance as each and every one getting plastic siding. after all, at least they used wood. As far as small windows- consider their view- not just yours.
As I've had to listen to the neighbors dog for a solid 1.5 hours, yes, all but solid- amazing the dog hasn't passed out- I'm not in the best mood to be writing at all and i'm off in many sentences. I'll be back on in a few hours and post the activity as there was a car in the lane thursday night around the same time that i should have obviously reported too.
For those of you with time who feel i've got a thing or two to say amongst the wordyness- it would help to understand my ramblings to look up things like 'cognetive brain damage', temple lobe epilepsy, post concussion syndrome to name a few, via "google" or other search engines.
you will find in general, there is more help for those who live around the person with the conditions than there is for the person. I just went back to the state where this all started, i believe in taking my problems directly to the source even if my present location doesn't allow me access or them to help me without being using another states funds/equipment etc. The department of education rehab services after 11 years- still has no better programs or help with cognetive damage. I'm trying to get a program i heard about some 10 years ago so my wife and i can try and help ourselves, but have yet to have any luck. When i went local for help, the only literature was for children K-12. I suppose this is part of the reason there is a 16 year old federal act that requires people/business' to treat disabled people in America better than they were. It took 4 years to get this act on the book, maybe if we knew who OR why anyone american faught or resisted this type of law, we'd all be better off.
Even with this law, much money has been wasted in this state on billboards, TV ads, road signs etc.- and everyone, with the exception of one city policeman- is more than ignorant to the laws in their own book. Everyone being the local magistrate, State Police and even the Department of Transportation. I can't remember if WV sheriff has ever been ignorant of the seat belt exemption, but Frederick County Maryland still is. thankfully, a state police supervisor for maryland instructed me years ago, to do more than what the law requires of me, and carry a copy of the law book with me for as she put it " the law enforcement officers don't necessarily know the law". I'm working hard to get all States United in using the bar code or magnetic strip that we all already pay for to exist, pay for to be printed every time we renew or get a license- pay for the program that reads it to be designed, tested etc., yet law enforcement does not use it at all it seems- It should at least contain our registrations, insurance etc., and if anyone has medical conditions such as epilepsy, that should certainly be on there, medication conflicts, etc. Doctors do put people on things like Klonipin which you are not allowed to drive- period- (or that is how it was) and inject you with foreign matter and send you out the road to drive home from d.c., baltimore and elsewhere.
--again i have to apologize for the length of this writing- and the ramble. i've deleted a chunk already and again found myself in the midst of another 'point'- this one a point made time and time again as i've carried xtra paperwork in my wallet for the past 8 years now and i think it's high time the law enforcement officers do more to learn the laws they are enforceing. It is no wonder they don't want to release the books on how and where the funds are appropriated- if people knew just how much money was wasted on advertisement and manpower over seat belts alone- "NO EXEPTIONS- NO EXCUSES" being a big fat costly printed lie- Exception being a REASON and quite clearly printed in the books. There are very few EXECPTIONS- so it is hard for me to understand just why there is no emphasis on them.
Roadside scrutiny is not required, necessary or productive in anyway and certainly only adds to a persons problems.
If the seat belt fine can not have fees or costs added to it, why then does the local magistrate put ink on paper-
325.00 for a 25.00 dollar fine??? Not just ignorance- arrogance.
I've been told a magistrate doesn't have to have a law degree to be a magistrate in this county- is this really true??? No law degree of any kind, not even a general one? Do they need to have a GED or high school diploma?
I'm off again on a topic- i suppose part of me hopes someone will do something rather than advise me to take it to the legislatures.
I took the idea, which is obviously someone else's idea as it already exists, to the state police some time ago about using the bar code. Sprint now has phones you can swipe a card- so it can't be that expensive anymore. I'm told it's a 'good idea' but again, i'm told I should take it to legislation- correct me if i'm wrong, please somebody- but aren't the law enforcement agencies far better connected to the legislature of this country than the average citizen? even before the internet- you had fax machines etc. and there are hundreds of radio frequencies and they were able to put a cable under the atlantic years ago to england, so surely there is a good line between all of the said "united" states in North America.

on a final note- CTC- you say "it's your own fault"- explain where you learned to associate the word constipation with an automobile- and which school taught you to butcher the english language in such a fashion- maybe then i would understand your joke. If you knew my background- you'd know i've been around all sorts of people, all ages, many nationalities- and i still don't get what you meant, neither does my wife- although it is certainly quite clear you don't take my comment serious- and your comment is indeed a 'joke'. If by some odd chance that car was not acting susupicious and it was just NW making a round to mark 'hot' areas etc., there would have been no need for me to post anything further. Despite this lengthy writ- and obiously my past ones, i do try to be brief, and to the point. I figured LE and NW would know their own plates etc. and would post something if it was just that. maybe i was hoping a bit too much that it wasn't what it seemed.
I've made mention repeatedly of my medical conditions- do you need a full outline to have a bit more consideration/patience when responding to my posts? I don't collect disability- so that should speak for itself. Twice now in my life I've had that title thrust upon me- I, we, are a shining example to all peoples on any states assistance, that you can indeed do for yourself. I walked, barely but i did it- 5.5 hours after flying 43 feet 1 inch, broke my back- etc.. I still have my gas tank that has my pelvic imprint- so anyone can see, i came to a dead stop before i flew- 2 direct impacts and the flight itself my body sustained- 4 times farther than superman, twice as many hits and i'm going to tell my story and show my evidence till God sees fit to relieve me of this burden. I've even got most of the pill vials etc. and to look at a small mountain of them- it doesn't take much to imagine what it took for my body to process all of that mess- and you can't see the injections etc. or 3 dosages of radiation or the shocking up one side and down the other for 3 minutes each side while they tested my spinal cord.
ALL i can say- and prove- is that NATIONWIDE MUTUAL INSURANCE CO.- they leave out 'mutual' from their ads for a reason- is NOT on your side and i've been to one of the local offices in town- they too are the same as BRUCE FINCH, Mindy Ludwig, bobbi bernberg, brendon voss and a few others who's names aren't so embedded in me.
MAMSI- parent company for MD-IPA,Optimum Choice and who knows who else- MAMSI stands for Mid Atlantic Monkey Service Incorporated. MD-IPA stands for Medical Doctors Ignorant Persons Association. Optimum Choice- is their choice, not anyone elses. They do not comply with their own review board rules- we have this on tape which they allowed to be taped.
Nationwide still has a tape of me, made while we still paid them as 'mutual' members- and even if we weren't- that tape would not exist without me, is considered 'of my person' and belongs to us.

My vehicular constipation joke was in reference to your post. You described a car, and said irregular activity, and nothing else. ?Irregular activity? reminds me of a Metamucil commercial, hence the constipation. ?It?s your own fault? meant that even though you tried to be brief, you were incredibly brief. It was left to us to interpret what you meant, and that is how I interpreted it.

I?m a jokester. Yes, I am. I make light of everything. I think that is beneficial to me. There is a lighter side to everything, and I have a strong sense of humor. If my joshing offends you, then I?m sorry. The resolution to that is simple: don?t read it. But don?t tell me that I should change to suit you. I think that is wrong.

And I know you did not just speculate that I was in the irregular car. How could you suggest that? Let me put this out there: I have a Honda and a Mercedes-Benz. Those are what I can be seen in. I don?t get into other people?s cars, ever. That?s just not a good idea. But, since you speculate that I was in that car, and then immediately go on to discuss that ?alien? house (which by the way that title was assigned by someone else) ? I just have to wonder? And I sympathize with your conditions. I really do. If you knew me, you?d understand why. I don?t comment on your writing skills because you don?t comment on mine. It?s just that your posts cram a lot of information in various places and you kinda need a map. Once I print it, and sit down and read it ? you?re not a bad writer, and you have valid points. But you said I butcher the English language, therefore ? I think you should post your concerns about seatbelts in the seatbelt forum, and the concerns about nationwide in a forum about that. That?s all.

I understand your dilemma with Nationwide. All insurance companies operate like that. Those good hands Allstate has ? had me driving a totaled car for 90 days while they ?investigated? the cause of the accident. Keep in mind she got the ticket and was declared at fault. I lost my passenger side windows, and had a 2 thousand dollar deck in my car, so I had to board my windows with wood. I couldn?t make left turns without taking a HUGE risk. Insurance companies work very hard to get out of paying those policyholders that pay them.

Don?t hate me because I joke. Humor overcomes a lot.

If a crime is not in progress from your vantage point...then post a report...if a crime is in progress then make a call....911 and/or SSP.

I am going to repeat myself....http://watch.jefferson-county.net is being monitored by LE & SSP....you can put [u]specific details in a private area that only the LE and SSP can see</u>...

An Example For everyones benefit: A suspicious incident was posted at 8:47pm on this site...if this is not being monitored by LE or SSP and a call has not been made....and we are not online...what proactively is going to be done with the info? Lets say they were casing for a house to break into!

(We as good watch persons should only be observing, reporting and recording.)

If this info was posted on the Watch site - which is being pro-actively monitored by SSP(in Shannondale) and LE there may have been able to be more proactive approach to the situation.

General watch members - would have received an auto notification via email that suspicious activity was in progress...(if they selected to receive such notifications) just as what occurred the other evening with the Fire...

I know I sound like a broken record but you have to understand that the watch site was created[u] to make it easy for activity to be monitored and appropriate action taken by our LE, at the same time allowing technology to do the hard-stuff of notification to the general watch members.</u>

Neighborhood Watch will not work if we are all not on the same page....

Either way Phillip thanks for reporting what you observed and letting all your neighbors know to be on look out...

PS Watch Members should only ever Observe, Report & Record and should never get directly involved with stopping or pursuing any suspicious activity in progress...

Hey Philip - I sustained a TBI 3 yrs ago in a carjacking - I know whatchya mean - totally....
Just takes time to get it out Man, I usedta write a LOT like you do currently. Just takes time to get the words out and in the right phrasing...
Stuff that usedta take me 5 mins to write now takes me 2 hrs, cos I read, and RE-READ it to make sure I'm saying what I want and need to say. It's gotten better over time. No worries man, no worries :)
And yes, humor DOES make life easier :)
