T-Mobile Confirms Father’s Day Sale For New Family Plan Members

I still can't find this one on t-mobile's website, but several other sites are 'confirming' it now. I'm not sure how long they plan on keeping it a 'secret'.

Only on Saturday 6/19/10, you can sign up for any new family plan and get any phone (in stock?) for free with a 2 year contract (a standard in the industry). Thing is, smartphones usually cost over $200 even with 2 year contracts.

We've had T-Mobile for many years. For our usage as an extended family (in addition to our official 'family plan, my step-son and step-daughter-in-law also are T-Mobile subs), we couldn't find anything more cost-effective. As to coverage, well, that can be a bit of a pain. There are definitely areas on the mountain that we find are thin, but that's true with all of them, I think...
