Dentists in meth-affected areas were some of the first to notice that meth users have real issues. Part of it is poor diet, part is poor hygiene, and a lot is apparently the corrosive effect of the actual meth smoking. It's instantly recognizable -- they call it "meth mouth".

3/4 also appears to be an improvement. In her case, it looks more like a pimp was involved than meth...

And what the hell is the difference between 31/32? Besides the out of control hair, I don't see a difference there...
