I just noticed Jenniffer's sig line:
Your opinion of me is none of my business.
This is something that kinda hits me on a personal level. I spent my whole life, up until 2002, concerned about what other people thought of me. It was stupid, guys.
Then my husband ordered this tape from a motivational speaker that he had met in Arizona. Her name is Rita Davenport. (http://www.ritadavenport.com/)
About a third of the way through it, she went into a segment about this very subject. That's when she said 'Your opinion of me is none of my business'. It hit me hard, shattered the notion, and essentially freed me from the opinions and judgments of others.
To this day, it is the most encompassing freedom I have ever felt.
So, Jenniffer, where did you first hear it?
