This one should be posted under 'Humor" for the fact this guy got himself on TV way back in 2010 for this "story". I don't doubt that computer implants will be very popular when they become available. What could be more convenient than tucking your ipad behind your ear? Be darned hard to lose that way, though I imagine it would still be easy to steal.

But I think even when that day comes we'll still be dealing with malware of all sorts. Just imagine getting up in the morning to find your HUD filled with pr0n! Assuming you can get the telephone to work through all that, I bet it would become a fairly common excuse not to go to work. "I can't come to work today. All I can see is cheap porn. I'm trying to get through to Apple support on the other line.". :)
