The SGMC plans to send out our annual letter on the gypsy moth problem on the mountain on 3/21 so please check your mailboxes later in the week. We send it to Rt2,4, and 6 addresses so it will be in all the mailboxes at the Gate 3 and Gate 2 mail sheds. If you do not have a box at one of the two sheds, please email me your address and I will mail it to you. This letter gives an update on what is happening currently with the gypsy moth problem in Shannondale and River View Park and is also asking for contributions toward the 2007 spraying. Landowners have to pay a total of $12,811.89 this year for spraying since we are no longer getting the cost share money from the Feds. It is extremely important that everyone read this letter and contribute. It is so important that we preserve our trees from the massive gypsy moth destruction that WILL happen if we don't continue our spraying efforts. Thank You
