If one were to wave the proverbial magic wand and wish away the Chinese eateries along with pizza parlors and both upscale(Ruby Tuesday types) and low end(Burger King and Taco Bell types) of the fast food joints, we wouldn't have too large a selection of quality food service establishments from which to choose(2 dozen, may be a stretch?).

Actually Willis I worked with a guy a few years back who's parents owned an Ethiopian restaurant in DC. Not sure how authentic it was but the food was very pasty, bland and eaten with your fingers.
