Litter on Lower clubhouse

What a mess I drive up here every day and it suprises me to see how much garbage is on the sides of the road. I cleaned up alot around my property but was wondering how to go about getting a pickup on Lower Clubhouse?

You contact your neighbors, friends, and BRILLO, and arrange a date, a time to pick up orange bags, some florescent vests, grappers and call the DOT to pick up the full bags when the pick up is over. A Sunday morning early seems to be the best day to pick up as traffic is light and all the trash has thrown out their beer bottles and cans on Saturday night. Don't forget to bring some rubber gloves.
