If anyone saw a teenage boy driving a 4 wheeler down Johnnycake between 4 and 4:05 pm today and know his name/where he lives can you please let me know?

This fool did not stop for the school bus which was letting kids off. He could have very easily hit one of the kids getting off.[angry54]

This is why SOME children need babysitters even when they're teens!

Description of the yute and the four wheeler in question might help.

It was a red four wheeler. The kid had on a light blue t-shirt and he had blondish hair.

We have seen him driving down the road before. Usually he comes by before the bus gets there. I'll be bringing my camcorder and tripod this afternoon and every afternoon from now on.

This kid is dead meat....is this what we call Shannondale Road Kill? You mess with us and/or our children and we'll get you?

I'd just like to let his parents know what happened. If that happens and he still keeps doing it then the police will be the next to be told.

He looked between 13-15 years old. In the near future this kid could be driving a car and he needs to learn now that passing a school bus that is stopped and letting kids off is a huge NO.

Living at the intersection of Gate 3 and Gate 4, and my back yard facing Mission Road, I see all kinds of fools on 4 wheels, ATV's and motorcycles. Fools use the stop sign on Mission Road to play chicken and drag race from there towards Weber's Store all the time. I have seen vehicles pass school buses on Mission Road and Shenandoah River Drive numerous times. I wonder, in West Virginia is there such a thing as a "Citizen's Arrest"? In VA once upon a time, I believe you could actually go to the Magistrate, file a complaint against a driver for something like this, and take it to court to pursue it. Is there anything a private citizen can do here if an officer of the law does not see it? I would love to know and get the sense that there are several folks here on S&B who may know. Please advise.

I thought that bus drivers were suppose to get the tag ##'s if they could and then THEY turn the driver in.

4 wheelers don't have tag numbers.
