OK, I won a 30gig iPod at work two weeks ago and it's turning into a love-hate relationship.
I was finally able to load songs onto the dang device - absolutely wonderful, ... all my favorite songs without commercial interuption, ... and so now my bane is ...
1.) How do I load movies to the iPod. I've got a CD of 'ol Lep scuba diving in Cancun from a few years ago and one of some old family movies my brother burned from old 8MM film. The instructions are lacking - simply silent on the subject and when I called the technical support hotline 'Carly' told me that she can ONLY assist people who have downloaded movies from the iTunes store. (OK, so I'm thinking these C-Ser's are sooo privacy oriented they suck wind!) Plus I want to transfer my copy of Monty Pyhon's Holy Grail onto the iPod as well, figuring I've already bought the DVD. SO WHY DON'T THE APPLE S-HEDS EXPRESSLY STATE THEIR REAL CONCERN ABOUT MOVIES/ PIRACY/ AND LACK OF TRNASFER KNOW-HOW ON THE IPOD. Hell, it's one of their marketing ploys, songs movies, pictures!

2.) How do I transfer pics to the iPod? Can someone "unriddle the code" for me?
