Since I recently discovered Willis hasn't been reporting any of our FOSS pickups, I've been trying to figure out where to report our last one.
Does anyone have a clue? We're expected to do this at least 4 times a year for all 5 of our FOSS spots.
There's a DEP Adopt-a-highway form here (http://www.wvdep.org/item.cfm?ssid=18&ss1id=819&page=./reap/reportcard.cfm), but that doesn't seem to address our DNR Adopt-a-spot issue.
