Pamela J. Armstrong
Pamela Jane Armstrong, 48, of Harpers Ferry, passed away Monday, Jan. 29, 2007, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital.
She was born March 5, 1958, at Ranson, and was the daughter of Charlotte Johnson and husband Frank, of Ranson and Edward Garten and wife Sylvia, of York, Pa.
She was employed as a cashier at Foodway on Mission Road in Harpers Ferry.
She was of the Methodist faith.
Besides her parents, she is survived by her husband, Roger Armstrong, at home; two daughters, Nicole Wyndham and husband Donald and Shawnee Miller, all of Harpers Ferry; three sons, David Miller, of Morgantown, Phillip Miller and wife Nicole, of Harpers Ferry and Jesse Miller, of Charles Town; three grandsons, Austin Miller, Justin Miller and Trey Wyndham.
She was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Clarence and Catherine Garten and Roy and Virgie Dillow.
Services will be held Thursday, Feb. 1, 2007, at 2 p.m. at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, U.S. 340 at Halltown Road, Charles Town/Harpers Ferry, with the Rev. Bland Campbell officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens at Martinsburg.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 7 to 9 p.m.
