Lap 349 Jimmy Johnson trying to pass Ryan Newman
Lap 370 -- Jimmie Johnson gets by Ryan Newman to take second.
In view of the current Top 5, I am rooting for Carl Edwards.

CR@P!!!!!!
Lap 382 -- Jimmie Johnson heads to pit road with a flat rear tire. He was running second at the time, but wore out his right-rear tire in chasing Martin Truex Jr.
Too bad . . . no Jimmy Johnson show today!

I'd kind of like to see Truex win it, but only for the onslaught of "Does DEI Really Need Jr To Be A Powerhouse In NNCS Competition?" articles that would come out next week.

WOOHOO!!!!!
CHECKERED FLAG: Martin Truex Jr. wins the Autism Speaks 400, his first career victory in the Nexel Cup Series.
Bring on the "Jr Who?" articles.....
I can live with him winning.

Wow! It's like real-time stock quotes, only instead of stocks it's nascar races, and instead of quotes it's play-by-plays.

Aren't you lucky, you now can come out of the Jr. closet. Think of all the merchandising money Childress is going to make off the Derrickson family.
