Such anger. I see absolutely no references whatsoever to gang activity. So why'd you have to call him a gang member?

I agree. There's no reference to the little illegal being in a gang. although I do agree that the federales should do everything possible to reunite this boy with his family- back in Mexico.

Okay, so here's legal rub: If he's illegal, then how can any documentation provided to the prosecution ever be considered unimpeachable? If the State cannot concretely determine exactly how old the boy is, what happens to the State's case? I'm not saying that she should go scot-free, after all regardless of age, she was in a position of care/authority over him at some point in time. But, if the law uses age as a defining characteristic... well, I think you get my point, eh?

True- Beauty is in the eye of the beerholder, but she definitely has the same self esteem issues that many of the younger female educators that have been arrested for similar actions seem to have. Why can't she seperate work life from personal and find legal weiner in a bar like most every other legal aged skank? Why did she have to prey upon an underaged illegal immigrant then transport him across the same border that he snuck over just a few...... Wait a minute. Seems to me she's more effective than the DHS, ICE, INS and Border Patrol combined. This woman should be given a congressional medal of honor and have a Federal Holiday named in her honor- I nominate May 5th.
