We hardly ever eat out because it is VERY hard to please us when it comes to food. Last night was one of our best friend's birthday so we decided to eat at the Japanese Steak House.

What can I say. I NEVER brag about a place but this place was totally awesome! The food is cooked in front of you which is very entertaining.

The prices for the amount of food is just unbelievable. Grim and I each had Fried Oyster Rolls, Lobster tails, scallops, shrimp , steak and fresh grilled mushrooms. Included was a wonderful mushroom soup, salad with an awesome dressing, a HUGE plate of rice w/ veges, plus grilled veges.

The total was only 58 bucks. I say 'only' because we have eaten at places with bills well over 100 bucks and left there hungry and VERY disappointed.

I won't name the place, but the last 'nice' dinner we had , our bill was $114 and we were still hungry. The food sucked!!!!! We left there seriously thinkin of stopping at Mc Donald's on the way home for sumn to eat! No lie!
I came home and still ended up making us dinner.

Our friends had a wonderful time and dinner too. I highly recommend this place. We will most def return. Which is very unusual for us. It seems we've NEVER returned to high dollar place except Charles Washington Inn.
It used to be a very place!!

We ate there not long ago, and we loved it too, trolli. The food and the service were supreme on that day, and evidently still are. LUVIT.

Yep, that's it!! We LOOOOVED it! and we don't like much!:thumbsup:We were in Martins the other evening, and the smell coming out of that restaurant was absolutely mouth-watering. My wife & I decided that we really do need to check them out. With your review, that just adds more incentive to find a night to pig out.

Please go try it. We want to go back soon!!

The best part is , they DELIVER on the mountain also. But for the first time, you really must go there to see them prepare the food. That's the fun of it.

They do door to door delivery or just to the parking lots at St Andrews?

Oh well, at least that will mean I don't have to drive all the way into town to get their sushi. I love, love, love their sushi!

They don't deliver for less than $20. You can pay by credit card over the phone when you place your order.

Last time I ordered I got the sesame chicken and a black dragon roll. Now typically I'm used to a black dragon roll consisting of rice, seaweed wrap, avocado, and raw eel. This, for some strange reason, was cooked. It was good, just...odd, especially because I was expecting an uncooked order of sushi.

Oh that wouldn't be a problem. We spent way more than that when we get one of their sushi dinners! It is such a big dinner that Bryan and I have to split one.
