We now have 53 recipes added to our catalog and I have another 20 that I still have to type in. I'm going to continue working on entering those tonight to see how far I can get. Keep those recipes coming. There is no limit to what each person can contribute. If you know someone who would like to contribute, but doesn't have access to a computer, let me know. I'd be glad to pick it up from them myself. Looks like we could use some "bread and rolls" recipes, some "cookies and candy" recipes and "this and that" recipes. We don't have much in these categories. If you don't want to post any recipes you can email or PM them to me.

I've entered all the recipes that I've received. We now have 66 recipes entered into the cookbook. Let's keep them coming! I'm determined to make this one happen this year! My old one is falling apart!

Lay down wax paper, Place select fish cut on wax paper.
Garnish with Thyme, oreg., Rosemary, Dill, sage, paprika, and basil.
Place two lemon slices on fish, along with one orange. Seal wax paper around fish. Cook untill done.

Ginger citrus glaze
Sautee ginger in butter, add heavy cream, Pinapple juice, lime, and OJ. A dash of garlic.

Serve fish on a bed of rice pillaf, drizzle glaze across fish.

Served with a side of roasted red pepper mashed potatoes. And place asparagus cris-crossing eachother across the mash.

Eat and enjoy!
