No Dogpatch for 4/25/08

Go to Happy Hour tonight :) I'll let you guys know what date we'll have the next dogpatch. Once again, thanks tons to all who came out to help wring out the dogpatch basement and to all the people who wanted to help but couldn't.

Dawn.....I have never been to dogpatch,,so you dont know me ..yet. :) BUT..I want to tell you,,,we had our sump pump line break and had huge water damage...( do not say FLOOD to ins company:) AS I am writing this Prestige Cleaning is here..sent by the Ins co..to completely,,,take out the old flooring,,fix drywall/ mold ,,basically replace the whole mess. Did you try to notify yours? Just my 2 cents..hope it helps Moe Moe

Wow - I'll bet they would have covered it for that. We already mentioned the bad word to them. They said it would have been covered if it were because of a broken pipe or water heater issue, but rain is not considered sudden.

We are planning on getting a sump pump for prevention (among other things). If that ever fails I'll bet it would be covered. It sure would have been nice to just call a cleaner, but we still would have had the losses. I imagine it is no picnic for you either.
