As if we didn't have enough to worry about......

Looks as though the map shows our area as a NO for the survivability of the big snakes, but the area just to the south and in the YES and MAYBE columns is the mouth of the Potomac River.

What are you talking about? This is a perfect opportunity to establish a hunting season for pythons. Knife hunting opens first, then bow, then rifle and last shotgun.

I hear snake meat is a delicacy in some countries, lean and flavorful.

While we have little to worry about from pythons because of our winters, I'm not so sure about the ants! (http://www.vnunet.com/vnunet/news/2216754/texan-computers-hit-ant-attack)

Warning: The following clip contains profanity. But it seems justified.

Actually I was referring to the possibility of them cruising up the Potomac and Shenandoah during the warmer months and migrating back to warmer areas during the winters- If they can get past the great northern snakeheads....

Is it a longshot? Yes. Is it also a possibility? I think so.
