Spotted- Rascal the Dog on Moonridge

I noticed a flyer at Gate 1 for Rascal the dog a few days ago. We saw him sitting on Moonridge Lane (up Wren's View) yesterday. He wouldn't come to us, but we told our neighbors to look out for him. The flyer at Gate 1 is gone, so if anyone knows the owners of this dog, please tell them that he's still running around the Mountain.

There's also a flyer at gate 3. If I remember I will try to get a number off of it.

The flyer at Rascal's house is down, maybe he found his way home? (I certainly hope so...)
