I finally got the time to update us to the current version 4.2. No new features except perhaps the Activity Stream. Right now the stream is empty; I guess it's waiting for some new stuff to include.
As part of our never ending effort to get the forum to pay for itself, today I added a mod that will add our associate link to any Amazon.com url posted. In theory, we get like 4% of a referred sale. In practice, we have yet to get a penny from Amazon. But then we've never pushed it because it's always been an incredible pain to get a referral link, Also, if someone browses away the link disappears and I know we're still supposed to get a referral for anything they buy in that session, but since ...
