I have this 3-4 hour commute when I go to work in downtown DC, which is "chip" time and I can do whatever I want. In the morning I usually sleep. For the return leg I had been listening to NPR on my now-obsolete Zune, but news of the various foreign wars has dissuaded me from this practice as it is repetitive, predictable and always reminds me of the massive funds we did NOT spend on our own aging infrasture in the USA. I have an interest in doing some live video streams for events hosted at the MCC. Generally it takes a couple of people to pull these things off from a technical perspective, so if you are technically, aurally or visually inclined, raise your hand. The first event tentatively is a book reading in conjunction with the grand opening of the renovated Children's Room --- April 14. Local author Malcolm Ater has been confirmed.
Things are lining up nicely. My best camera operator is available.
