The link comes via Michael Schwartz, Sr. Environmental Associate with The Conservation Fund of the Freshwater Institute in Shepherdstown. All this info fits into the work with the Blue Ridge Communities Plan, an ongoing process that is attempting to reduce the impact of runoff on our Mountain and ultimately the Chesapeake Bay.
