<font size="3">On Sunday, 19 May 2013 at approximately 103 PM, the suspect entered an apartment in the 100 block of East German Street in Shepherdstown. The suspect encountered one of the residents living there and stated he was looking for another resident that lives there. The suspect then produced a handgun. The resident retreated to his room as the suspect fired a shot that went through the floor and into the restaurant below. The bullet lodged in the wall near a table of patrons. The suspect then fled the area. No one was hurt during this incident. The suspect is described as a heavy set white male, 20-25 years old, possible first name of “Eli”, driving a light turquoise Saturn two door vehicle. Suspect may be from the Hedgesville area of Berkeley County. 			<font size="3">KEARNEYSVILLE, W.Va. — Between the two of them, Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department Corporals Dustin Tabler and Vincent Tiong made 79 of the 123 DUI arrests the department racked up in 2012.</font><br />

<font size="3">Sheriff Pete Dougherty recognized Tabler’s 47 arrests and the 32 DUI arrests by Tiong on Wednesday during a National Police Week event at the department’s headquarters in Bardane, W.Va.</font><br />

<font size="3">According to Tabler and Tiong, an arresting officer normally needs up to 3 1/2 hours to process a DUI arrest.</font><br />

<font size="3">“That’s true for the newer people, but we’ve got it down to a science,” Tabler said.</font><br />

700 block someone stole the unit.Deputy came out and advised us several units have been stolen in the area the guy just bought this house in the past two weeks and was fixing it up. There mainly hitting forclosures or empty homes forsale. See anything please call the authorities</div>

Vehicle is white 90s bronco which is in bad shape.<br />

Female early 20s long brown hair 135lbs<br />
<br />
Also had a couple males waiting in the vehicle.<br />
<br />
I believe these ppl to also drive a 90s maroon truck (small cab).<br />
<br />
Location was at red bird + pheasant.<br />
<br />
<br />
I do not have plates due to not wanting to escalate the incident.  I doubt they will come back to my house after my comments but everyone should be on the lookout.</div>
