Time is a precious commodity, but when I have some, I like to welcome new users to our forums. An open forum sometimes is an acquired taste for the uninitiated, The crowd gets a tad raucous now and then. But though it's a motley crew, we tend to get along in the long run since the Blue Ridge has some serious issues we all share. So don't be turned off by the wild and crazy goings on. There's a lot of useful info if you look carefully.

Additionally, we're a full service website, serving up nostalgia, history, community events, links to interesting destinations and much much more.
