September 16-18th Historic Downtown Charles Town www.historiccharlestownwv.com The Charles Town Heritage Festival is an opportunity for local citizens, heritage enthusiasts and tourists to learn about Charles Town’s unique history in a family-friendly environment. This year’s festival will feature a variety of activities including the area’s best artisans and crafters, living history demonstrations, local culinary fare, walking history tours, live music, horse parade and children’s entertainment. Award winning actor, Richard Dreyfuss will attend several events, including the 225th Anniversary Celebration and will be the Grand Marshall of the Parade of Horses. Join us for this rain-or-shine event in Historic Downtown Charles Town. We are still looking for volunteers if you want to get involved! Volunteers get a free festival t-shirt and lunch. Volunteers that work a full day will also receive a festival calendar.
