I guess they checked the shelter too? They are probably full. I would tell them to advertise and explain the situation. Do it on the Org as well.

I know you are very involved in cat rescue and I am trying to help a friend find a home for 2 young long haired cats. My friend cared for an elderly neighbor who died this week and she has no family, at least none who cared, and now she is looking for homes for these 2. My friend is not necessarily a cat person. Briggs is full. The cats are indoors, friendly, spayed and neutered. Any recommendations on where she could take them. Neither of them are a year old yet. They are out by Glengary.

I have had 3, I now have a standard poodle. Chows are by far my favorite! I had a cinnamon, flat face female; a red smooth coat female; and a black male. I found that the flat-face female had the best disposition of all three.
