Yeah- kind of a parting gift- I forget how much it cost total- maybe $1000

Well a few obvious questions come to mind- #1 It will depend partly on the quality of the job- Chris usually does good work. #2 will you ask him for some extras during the job (squaring off a stump for a feeder, taking extra care with a prized tree, or leaving a 30' stump as I did as a future woodpecker home) #3 do expect to have more work for him in the future and #4 was gher some unexpected glitch that no one saw coming. When he did some work here, I think I gave him $30 for a case of good beer. Sorry I'm not much help in the etiquette realm.
