Apart from the business idea being a great one, this localish organic mobile food cart is a finalist in the Best Food Cart in America comp on GMA.

They are currently setting up at wineries on the weekends. I have yet to try their food, but trust me I will someday soon.

Cool! I gave them coffee samples a few weeks back. Haven't heard back yet but did hear they're heading south for the winter.
