So, is he a comedian or a legit candidate? In line with the last quote, I'm guessing he's a preacher. But could get some real mileage out of this act.

He is real - or as real as he gets. I heard part of the NYC gov. "debate" on the radio the other night while driving home. It was unbelievable.

Hey, that's my election you're talking about! I saw the whole 90 minutes on TV and as a few people observed, it was more like a SNL skit than a real debate. Jimmy (or Papa Smurf as he is sometimes called) has run for office in the past and literally walked from NYC to Buffalo.
