Two men?? In a medium color older model pickup (squarish hood) in JB Farm this morning near Dawn Ln. They drove in down JB farm rd reg speed then they parked in a drive near the chalet house then followed me out nearly to Mission then parked or pulled in somewhere again. Just gave me a bad vibe. First, I thought they were Journal delivery because I know where they were first parked receives a paper but no paper was left (I turned around and went back to try to locate or get a better description but could not find them).
I thought it was weird to drive all the way back a mile then turn around and drive almost all the way out, then disappear. Could be perfectly reasonable . . . . . on the other hand, glad I have an alarm and camera.

I am not sure when it occurred, probably in the last week. There is a bunch of debris and trash dumped in the lake parking lot at the dam. I also noticed brush and garbage bags dumped at the boat ramp the other day. There are also two white trash bags dumped in the creek at the bottom of Mountain Dew Lane that match the rest of the bags strewn about Valley View Lane and Lake Forest Estates.

If you dig thru it and find info about a crack head that works for a wrecker service in VA... it would be from the same guy.
- LE did not care since the guy worked in VA.. told us that if we find where he lives in WV to let them know.
- Personally, I would be more prone to just return the favor with interest...

I did not go thru it yet. I was hoping someone down there would throw them in with their trash before the animals got to it. I may have to run the tractor down to pick it up though. Also, I seen an extended cab older green Dodge Ram extended cab, 4x4 driving around with brush in the back. Then seen it at the lake empty. I would say maybe a 1998 to 2002 Ram.

File this under suspicious:
Easter Sunday morning at 8:08am. Full-size maroon Chevrolet PU cruises up Mt. Dew Ct., then comes down Mt. Dew Ln., and the pauses to gander up Valley View, sees that the road is impassable, and then moseys on out of the cul-de-sac. And so why does an older dude with white bushy hair go on a drive-about on Easter Sunday? Trash has been dumped on VV in the past ... PU truck with white tool box and black cargo / ladder racks ... my internal math said he could have been looking for a site to dump construction waste??? Keep a look-out.

More FWIW ...
Sunday morning 6-29 about 10am, red sporty sedan just sitting in the road when I returned from breakfast. After about five minutes once I pulled into my driveway they meandered on ... WV blank-blank-W - 521, young blonde female driver with male.
Tonite at 6:20pm was walking the dog in my driveway and heard a vehicle coming down rock-strewn Valley View, tried to make a right but too much hill, he then had to pass my driveway ... navy blue Ford (Explorer?) WV# 1KL-402. Just the wrong vehicle for Valley View!!! Why would they be driving a rocky-road instead of commuting home from a job? Just seemed odd! One dude, caucasian, ~200 lbs with short brown/black hair and round head. He didn't even wave at me!!!
