Please tell me there will be some video of this event! Especially for the raised garden bed part? Joe's Aunt has her 65th birthday party on the 18th.

I'll furnish some pics. Maybe others can write something up and post it here. It was VERY informative- Who knew that there was a right and wrong side to a bale of straw. I hope Chip was able to capture the event on video. But if not, maybe Slaynt Vie And Cam Tabb can be persuaded to stage an encore. You can catch Slaynt Vie and Fiona at the farmers' Market in Charles Town starting in April.

Fiona Harrison of Slaynt Vie (pronounced "slant vy")
I've always been impressed with Gaelic and how it uses, but seems to ignore, english letters. I'd love to hear her parents pronounce the toast "slaynt vie!". I'm pretty sure it won't sound like an automobile engine - the all-new "Slant Vee".

FWIW, Wikipedia shows it as something like "Slonch-uh vuh". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sl%C3%A1inte

PS For once my Vimeo "watch later" actually worked! Now if there was some way to stop them from going all "social" on our butts with their new interface...

Really wanted to attend this event yesterday but was unable. Thank you chipgallo for posting the video. Fiona does a great job... I have purchased from her for the past 2 years at the Farmers Market. She knows what she is doing.

Thanks Kskid. Kudos as well to Vanessa for inviting world-class presenters. The MCC has its own local "Foxfire Magazine" going on!

Part 2 with Cam Tab is uploading now and should be ready around 1:00 p.m.
