Excellent roof and tile service found!

Dropped a message on this board a few weeks ago about trying to find a decent roofer. Got some good responses and ended up calling a former Shannondale resident, Rick Lauderdale, who used to do a lot of landscaping and tree work. Turns out he moved to Berkely Springs area but is doing construction and home improvement. His bid was $1000 less than all the others I had, got the roof on in two days, no debris littering the lawn and driveway, and fixed the leaks that had plagued us for five years. Had some tile installed in a bathroom by another Shannondale resident, Scott Falcon, who had also tiled our basement 4 years ago. Meticulous and very professional and reasonable rates. His number

Does your roofer guy service VA?
My uncle needs some work done on his roof. He is in Ashburn.

I don't know if Rick Lauderdale works in VA since he now lives up in Berkely Springs. Best idea is to call him; if he doesn't work in VA, he would no doubt give you a decent referral. Good luck!
