If they have been before a judge then their names in association with the break-ins are a matter of public record. If you have their names please provide.

If they plead guilty, that guilty plea is a public record. So, there names can be obtained either by going to the courthouse and obtaining a copy of the plea or if you know their names and you KNOW that they did in fact plea guilty, then their names can be posted. However, if this is rumor or conjecture, then I would not post the names without checking with the clerk and getting the record, or checking with the prosecutor and getting the names and the plea deal info.
FYI A prosecutor cannot sentence someone or accept a plea only a judge can. So I am not sure, Neo, if you are saying that the prosecutor gave them some interim deal where they are snitches and will not be prosecuted so long as they perform. He can hold back the charges, or make them go away if he wants to do that in exchange for information on other lowlife thieves. There would not necessarily be a public record of this deal.

Although what should be... really seems to depend on the who... as a clear order of protection seems to exist in this area for certain groups of our collective problems.

Look, there is something going on with the breakins in this particular area (Antler Trail) area that are not so random. Random is not the house over and over again. So IMO there is some sort of isolated thing going on in the area you describe, that may not be related to the bigger picture breakins. Again, IMO.
