No recycling pickup??

Did anyone else's recycling not get picked up yesterday (or today for that matter)? Mine and my neighbor's are still sitting out there. I've paid my bill. Can't see why they wouldn't pick it up. Of course, you can't call Apple Valley over the weekend. So now I have a very full recycling bin and another week to fill it up some more. Was just curious if they missed any other streets and if this is common. (been here almost a year and this is the first time for me)

Mine was picked up but it was latter than normal, instead of ~7am it was around noon. Call them on Monday they may be able to send a truck over especially if it's more than one person.

Ditto to the above. It happens. I saw a truck on Friday about 5:00 a.m. so I figured they were getting a really early start. Could be a new person and trying to figure out their route!!

Yes mine gets missed now and then - they are very responsive to an email through their website. Sometimes they send someone back, sometimes, not, but I usually say whether I am desperate for someone to come back and get it or not. some weeks I care a lot, others, I just wait it out.

I am always amazed that they don't miss more often with all the crappy roads, deadends, etc. that they have to navigate around here. I drove around Gate 4 "back roads" last weekend. Ugh! What a nightmare!

Thanks for the tip about email. I'll do that. I always forget to call until it's too late. They were supposed to bring me a second bin last week and didn't. So I'll just send a quick note. Thanks again. Happy weekend.

Ours was picked up Friday morning around 6am...
- It might have been a smaller truck this week as it seemed quieter then normal.

I usually just dump the bin into a bag and let it accumulate, and then many times take it to work to dump it, so they don't pickup from here often. But they got it yesterday.

Yeah, I've gotten lost around the Clubhouse area and I've lived in this area for 10+ years!!
