If you read the signs there is a lawyer involved. I don't believe this person is suffering from a behavior issue--Willis, your photo shows someone trying to get people's attention. Something happened to this individual and it involved Tom. Unfortunately, until the whole story gets out all we can do as bystanders is guess.

For those of us who don't live on the mountain, but know Tom personally, it would be helpful to know what these signs say. I know Amountz stated some, but it would be nice to know exactly what these signs say. Maybe Tom needs some support on his side of the issue.

I can't see furthering this joker's crusade by posting his diatribe. Give Tom a call and ask about the content, Kelly. I've talked to Mr. Garrison and his attitude is to opt not to discuss the issue on the forum. As far as the behavior of the anonymous complaintant, I have no clue as to whether or not he has some mental issues. BUT, he's showing a blatant disregard for others by plastering (and re-plastering) fliers, wall to wall, on private property and creating visual pollution that I personally find annoying. Cripes, he could have taken out an ad in the paper instead of the methods he's currently employing and likely have saved time and money.

It's just interesting to me. There was a house we wanted to buy BADLY. It had some issues. Issues we would have not noticed until it was too late. Tom pointed out everything that was wrong, and we decided against that house based on what he told us and showed to us. I cannot imagine this person being upset because they felt like they were mislead by Tom. I doubt he would ever do that.

Same here Chut. Tom was brutally honest with us when we were searching. Not only was he giving suggestions and his honest opinion, but he was giving his reasoning behind them.

Steveo, I had the same thought. That's why I could remember that part exactly to quote it.

I saw this yesterday as I almost hit the guy as he pulled over and jumped out of his truck to post these on the poles at route 9 and Mission road.

I don't think that the signs mean a lawyer is actually involved. It seems more like a case of someone having opened a complaint file and wanting others to join if they feel they have a reason to.

The sign that amountz posted is different from what I saw at Wal-Mart parking lot. Different verbage.

If it's legit, I was wondering what the DoJ contact would think about this person literally wallpapering places with these flyers? They don't usually encourage that kind of behavior.

Colonel Jay Smithers is the Superintendent of the WV State Police... You draw your own conclusion as to whether he would be the WV State Police contact for this kind of class action lawsuit.

Is anyone tempted to send an email to the state police w/ the photo above of the Mail Shed and ask if Col. Smithers approves of fliers with his name being posted in all manner of places including private property?
