I want to borrow a dog that barks continuously so that I can put it outside between 2:00 and 4:00 a.m. on the south side of my house and let it bark and bark and bark. Oh wait, my neighbors already do that . . . .

it was good for awhile, but it never lasts . . .

And again - 4:00 a.m. until the construction workers or whatever the H__ they do and their ______ dogs barking, yipping, running all over creation including my yard for a ________ hour until - until after 5:00 a.m.

Some people shouldn't have one dog let alone a gd pack of them.

    My rant for the day.

Get you a loud speaker and a recording of some mean barking dogs and aim it right towards their house all day long and all night.....

Seems like it might be worth your while to try an capture them.... in order to allow animal control to pick them up.

Getting you own dogs of war might be helpful too :-)

None of these dogs have/wear collars or tags, so unless I want to tackle them or try to get them in the back of my pickup and shut the topper "capturing" would be difficult.

Instead, have decided to set off my car alarm, in front of or beside the houses with the barking dogs, I park as close as I can get in the street(s) whenever the dogs bark for more than 30 minutes straight.

If that doesn't work, I make a noise complaint to the sheriff

If neither of those work - ths shocker thingie - (previously mentioned) also seems to freak the dogs out and make them be quiet for awhile f I set it off up on the air where they (the dogs) can see it, even if I am a ways away. It is a great gadget.
