Wife wanted: Male guinea fowl searching for female guinea hen

A few weeks ago a neighbors loose dog got into our yard and killed my female guinea hen, Jill. My male, Jack, is distraught. He is looking for companionship in all the wrong places - anything shiny where he see's his reflection, thinking it's another guinea, is his very sad fix. If you know of anyone that has adult female guineas for sale, 1-3 yrs old, please contact me @ 304-728-1350.

Check the clarke county fairgrounds website, animal auctions are about every 3 weeks, they always have them there. We got a fair bit. If not you can make the ride to Culpepper forthat HUGE animal auction. They are about once a month or check gowers tack board people always sell annimals on it

Thanks Steveo. Been to Clark, Warren & Culpepper poultry auctions, along w/ Gowers. Due to brooding season, not many are willing to release an adult hen but only keets instead.

Check the Valley trader in poultry section it comes out every Wendsday!!!!!

Mtnman, you can get it on tuesday at the hillsboro store sometimesot to have that edge. WVelliot I know a guy who may have some he is down in Front Royal Ill call him tomorrow and see what he has as long as he doesnt try to sell me his quail again LOL
