I tried to get the tan and white boxer with red invisible fence/bark collar and tags to come to me but he was too nervous. This was about 10:30 this morning.

He is in my yard now, with my wife. She was able to bond with it over some food. She had trouble reaching the owners, but animal control was able to contact the them and they are now on their way to get the dog. Happy day.
