Exclamation "The Q Company" Real, serious barbecue.

Mitch and Sarah opened their new BBQ joint in Leesburg this afternoon. Still the best BBQ, beans and slaw you will find anywhere. You may know them from the old place in Martinsburg.

We were there today and found a nice new eatery off to a great start. Great food, cold Shiner Bock and a friendly, knowledgeable staff.

    Check them out!

According to what's been posted on their Facebook page, they signed a lease in February and have been very actively getting the restaurant going since then. (Along with being Food Network stars and hanging with the likes of Guy Fieri and Emeril Lagasse.) On the one hand, I think they'll be very successful in Leesburg at that location. On the other hand, I'm incredibly saddened that yet another quality business has left the Panhandle for the greener pastures of Northern Virginia.

A menu and operating hours would be nice.

Hi all, sorry I wasn't the one to post to the forum. We are very excited about the new restaurant and would love to see you there soon. Here is a bit of information from one of the local bloggers that visited us a few days ago!

Traditional Texas BBQ. Although we do make a vinegar sauce for those that enjoy that style.

I am looking forward to frequenting this establishment in Leesburg and supporting one of our neighbors on their latest endeavour....

We stopped in for a late lunch today. The food was great! We will definitely be going back. It will be great to stop in on the way home from work for takeout too. We also had the pleasure of meeting Sara. She stopped by our table to say hello and we chatted a bit. They have been off to a strong start and we are certainly wishing them continued success.

You all just asked for the website. I can't help the fact that they are not posted. My point was that you just needed to look online yourselves instead of having everything hand fed to you. Or you could've picked up the phone and called if you really wanted to know.

Sure, most of us know how to look for ourselves; I think that we've just gotten so spoiled by the kinds of postings that normally end up here. It's not that we're wanting to be "hand fed", we just sort of expect postings that announce new (or relocated) restaurants, etc. to include the location, the menu and the hours - if available.

After perusing the menu I think we'll have to stick to the other rib place for now. I'm not a big beef fan, though I do like the occasional cheeseburger. But really all I want for lunch is a decent chef's salad, though the wife loves ribs and thus we would love to try the place. So here's my vote for a little menu expansion for those of us not into the specialty: cheeseburgers and salads.

I agree in a way with Tony. BBQ places a should throw down a serious burger. The kind that intimidates you. Those people my husband is related to seem to be itching to go to dinner with us. I'm going to suggest this to them and watch them all make messy fools of themselves. I hope you all serve corn on the cob.
