heat oven to 325 degrees
1 Cup butter
10 oz white chocolate
1 1/4 Cup sugar
4 eggs
1 Tablespoon vanilla
2 Cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Cup chopped pecans
line a 9x11 baking dish with foil and spray with the foil with baking spray.
melt butter and chocolate over LOW heat, stirring frequently
when melted and smooth remove from heat and add the sugar, then eggs, then vanilla, then flour & salt, then pecans. do not over mix.
pour into pan.
bake for 30-35 minutes until lightly golden.
cool to room temperature.
refrigerate at least 3 hours before cutting.
frost if desired and enjoy
