Griffin and Lib Selden

We were advised of an obit in the Loudoun County newspaper of the passing of Griffin Selden. The family or friend are welcomed to send us any tributes eulogies, info or pix of the Seldens. The only info we have is the photo of Lib Selden shown above. The family is encouraged to send other pix we could post on the Selden's page or on the website.

Griffin Harding Selden Sr., 85, of Bradenton, FL, and formerly of Shannondale, WV, died Oct. 2.

He was a World War II veteran and retired from Western Electric in 1976.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Elizabeth Selden; sons Skip Selden of Falls Church and James Selden of Reston; grandchildren Mary Beth Selden, Giffin Selden III, Debi Yurkshat, and Jennifer Selden.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Oct. 6 at Union Cemetery in Leesburg. [Loudoun Funeral Chapels]
